11amThe influence of the Situationist was not confined to the streets of Paris. Their influence can be seen in the works of King Mob in England and Black Mask in the USA. King Mob shared the same interest in the Dada and Surrealist movement, the Provos, and avant garde artistic experiments. This anthology brings together writings from Rebel Worker (1966), Heatwave (1966), King Mob (1968-1970) and provides an insight into the 'spirit' of 68 and its immediate aftermath. A companion volume subtitled From Gordon Riots to Situationists and Sex Pistols was compiled by Tom Vague to provide a chronological perspective concentrating on the particular London aspects of King Mob.
