Our kitchen will have:

The Guy Debord bar will be opened by King Mob and run by Andy Meinkle and friends from 1pm to 10pm. Two real ales from The Milton Brewery, Cambridge, will be served. There will also be cheap lager and red and white wines from Paris. And, abutting the Guy Debord bar, the shortest absinthe bar in the world.

Milton Sparta, 4.3% ABV. Refreshing pale bitter. Packed with hop flavours and crisp bitterness.

Milton Dionysus, 3.6% ABV. Straw coloured bitter, powerfully hoppy, with a fine citrus finish.
